Repeated unauthorized fraudulent withdrawls from my account on unscheduled dates

I borrowed $200 from this co. And agreed to pay back $250 upon the date they set forth. Coming closer to the date they sent me a e-mail asking me if i needed more time to pay, and if so to fill out this extension.
So i filled out the extension and made sure i read all fine print and i could not find any catch or hidden fees. I did agree in the initial contract if i did not pay back the money i borrowed before the date they set forth that they could deduct the money out of my account.
But i did not agree or it was not in the extension that there was a fee and the contract did not ask anything about giving them permission to get into my account and withdraw any money until it was past the due date. The due date was 2 weeks away.
So a couple days later i see on my account that there was a charge to my account for $60.00 from cash net USA. I did not have the money in my account to cover this amount. So it automatically put me negative with the bank. The very next day the did the same thing but for the amount of $67.00. Which put me negative further with the bank and them.
I called them several times and got know where with them and have left numerous messages to talk to a manager and never have they tried to contact me.in fact they said they would keep running it until i paid it. And thats what they have done.
I went to my bank and filled out a affidavit reporting this co. Takeing money that i did not authorize. I filled out one for every time they tried taking money out. I was instructed to wait for response from my banks headquarters before doing anything or paying anyone because they are trying to help me get that back.
That is where i am at now and the due date has passed for the loan and cash net usa has deducted $237.00 from my account. Which has put me -$414.00 in the hole. I have called trying to pay them with a money order or cashiers check and they will not accept it.
