I began getting calls yesterday out of this organization Coastline Mitigation. The individual Dean that named me was excessively rude declaring that I owe them $1,795.00 to get a Lender of America charge card from 5 years back. Our identification was taken in 2004 and that I got all of the proper actions to document identification fraud including processing many police studies, National Trade Commission, U.S. Secret Services, the FBI and also the 3 major credit agencies. I did so possess a Lender of America charge card in 2004 which was illegaly used. Bank of America determined in 2005 this was actually scam. Today 5 years later I've this idiot calling me declaring they bought your debt. Additionally they had my present credit history and was selecting it aside line for point. I told him my credit is my company and wasn't with regards to the goal of his phone. Dean was very rude and belittling. I advised him #1. The problem was solved with BofA. 2.
