Got off work late afternoon warming up my truck. I noticed voice mails on SMS, checked them. The 1st was a hangup, The 2nd same number same minute a man of Suspiciously poor English in a very gargold souning voice with loud music and ambient in the background left a message claiming to be CHRIS MARTAN with the FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION I think??? He claimed that my name may have been used fradulently. I was SEMI-ALARMED but accidently deleted (meant to save). Whatever... Right?

Checked two more VMails at luch Calling Card 1 hangup the next CHRIS MARTAN This Time he saying That I am being Sued. It was too late when I found the message to deal with it so I called next day. A man Answered with a very indian asian accent I asked to speak to CHRIS MARTAN & he put on hold, Another man with a heavy accent pick up and I dentified himself (could make out his name) and though I couldnt make out the company name he gave me but I know it wasnt the same as before.

Ok some Guy? Says I am being sued in a Fedaral Court in CA Monday 12/14 morning For 3 counts of Fraud. He clamed That I borrowed from a payday loan co & wasnt paying them back. He refernced my name, last 4 of SSN, my email, & the name of my Bank. Said he couldnt tell me what court it was.

NATURALLY!!! Me knowing I havent borrowed or recieved any loan at all am innocent. (I had applied a few times earlier in the year) So I began Arguing with him. I told him the claim was False and Informed him how Ive kept every Reciept for 7 years, & how my Bank records cleared me, He then ASKED ME TO FAX MY BANK RECS, & gave me a fax number.
