NCC Threatening, Disrespectful, Bully, Scamer, Do Not Give Them Your SS No!

I recieved a collection letter in the mail from this company concerning a past due student loan which is now being handled by a much more respectful and ligitament company. This is what NCC said to me below:

I called out of curiosity to see if there had been a mix up or problem somewhere with the current loan. The representative with NCC told me during the coarse of this conversation that I would need to give up my tax return every year for the next ten years to get big chunks of this loan paid off or I would need have a relative or family member pay it for me by selling some item or property or could possibly face jail time.

The interest rate was incrediably high for a student loan at 13%. I am a single mom, on unemployment, and have a auto loan. After explaining this to him he said I had to pay a very high minimum amount every month and if I didn't start now I would be penalized even more possibably by the IRS or other ferderal lender.

The rep threatened to come after my family or anyone else that could take care of the loan. I asked if he was with the Mafia. That's how bad it was. He tried to bully me into agreeing to the terms or the loan. Then when I asked if I where to take the high interest on this loan with a long term how would it appear on my credit report. He said he could not control my credit report it was all up to how I paid it back. Not even offering to place on there that the loan had been satisfied or was up to date or was paid in full.

He wanted my full social securtiy number and my bank account number to complete this transaction. He said that I had to give him my bank account number in order to secure the loan and prevent further default. And if I didn't give him my bank account number I would face even further federal and criminal charges.

This company is a complete and total scam! Do NOT Call them! Do not contact them in any way! They are bullies and fakers! I am not even sure if they are located in the US. If you want a much better and 100% more professional company to dealwith e-mail me. I can refer you to one I an dealing with on this final loan.

If you get something in the mail throw it away! If you get a e-mail from them Spam them!
