Card Rate Raised From 9.99% to 21.24%, Then Account Closed

I was holding a WAMU credit card, and I always paid more then twice the minimum, and I had never been delinquent. When chase took over about a month later they increased my interest rate from 9.99% to 21.24%, when I called and asked why they were rude and never told me why before they hung up. Then a week or two later they closed my account and said the only way out was to pay entire card off. I completely disagree with how they took over good customers and just basically steal from them with no regard to the people who bailed them out when they screwed up.
