Started my morning by going to a local CVS to get a money pak to put funds on my Greendot card. After waiting in line to get to the register, the Moneypak card could not be scanned, so we tried additional Moneypak cards... None of them worked at the register. This was a major pain as i had waited in line for the longest time (holiday season).

I then drive across town to another CVS to get a different Money Pak card. This was another pain as I live in a metropolitan area and driving anywhere takes forever die to all of the traffic not to mention my time!

I get the Moneypak and drive home to tansfer funds to my Greendot credit card. Well, their little"scratch off" spot on the back of the Moneypak card doesnt scratch off so I started to gently peel it off to reveal the #s I needed to process the loading. The little "scratch off" spot removed the numbers while trying to take it off and rendered the card useless. (Couldnt see the needed numbers)

So then I call Greendot, spent an hour on the phone, mostly waiting on hold and was told that I have to wait 24 hours to get my money. I cant go back to the store as refunds or exchanges are not allowed. What a rip off!

Let's see, they can charge me what ever they want to, make me wait for my money yet there is nothing I can do about it? What kind of customer service is that? Its called shitty customer service. How about I charge Greendot for my time and money? Yea right. The only thing they give you is "Im sorry, Im sorry". Sinf it to the f*ing quior... You dont even know me and the problem didnt happen to you... How can you be so sorry?

The fact is, I needed to make a purchase today! Not in 24 hours or whenever they credit my card due to their fault! They got my money instantly, I provided all receipt numbers and info, yet they cant instantly credit my card? F* this piece of shit company.
