On 12/12/09 I was informed that my mother had passed away. I did not receive a phone call from any one at the facility. She passed away around 7:40 AM I called at 8:10. I contacted Elderlink Services in which we had 24hour care. Elane Informed me that the night person was told NOT to contact me. I could have been with her for her last moments. I'm very hurt by there actions. I find Both Elderlink and Atria Assisted living very unprofessional. I'm the one who is suffering.
