Ripoff It's now July 21 and I call everyday and it's always busy and I still haven't received my refund

Credit Education Group This company called me up and offered me a 2500 credit card for 300. They took their money out of my account around April 18 and I called them on May 19 to tell them I wanted my money back because I recieved an envelope of papers on how to fix my credit.
They took their money the next day and they told me it would take me 30 days to get it back. It's now July 21 and I call everyday and it's always busy and I still haven't recieved my money.
