Credit Card Scam fraud, Promises to get you a Business Credit Card with high credit limit, assured me to use pap pal knowing that pay pal does not approve of virtual or financial transactions with their company. Dispute was not resolved, pay pal refuses to give me my money back.

Once money was sent he stopped taking my calls and emails, claims to like the forex market, and has suppose family in costa mesa california.
