DOn't believe the lies that are printed on line, it's all by the same miserable, unhappy customer, who has nothing better to do but bash a honest and professional and highly recommended group.

I've noticed all the horrible stuff that is being said about them and I wanted to post something positive because they really helped me out.

They funded my project about 4 months ago, an apt bldg in Atlanta for $1.2M It did take longer than expected, but in this climate what do you expect?

I found them professional, courteous and genuine. There was some problems on my end, with my credit and they helped me sort through all that and gave honest opinions about what the kind of funding they were going to be able to provide. I did end up with a higher interest rate but the project was higher risk.

I wish I'd found this earlier, so I could have rebutted some of this before any damage was done. Hopefully Tom's honesty and forthrightness will prevail.
