Premiere Lending Groups advance loan fee scam, Canadian insurance payment, Western Union

I was contacted by phone and email by this company saying that they could finance my personal loan for some medical bills and procedures that I needed done, and for school. I spoke first with Christopher Peterson who gave me all of the information about repayment etc. He said that since my credit was not pristine that I needed the loan insured, and to send money Western Union to the insurance agent in Canada, so I did. I was then told that I needed to send an additional 300 for the insurance payment, and then after that, to send 250 for Canadian taxes. Needless to say I never got my money, and they are saying that now to get a refund of my money, I need to send MORE money, another 250 for Canadian taxes, which I said I already paid, and they are disputing that. A Lawrence Young gave me a bogus address in Baltimore, and there is also a Derek Armstrong who is the worst. Of course, I believe they are actually all the same person. They would ask me to hold and then hang up on me, or just not take my calls at all. These people are SCAMMERS. DO NOT under any circumstances give these people anything. They are not calling themselves Premiere Lending Groups.
