Rioff consumer fraud ripoff

I was another victim of the most dishonest company I deal with. Someone by the name GEGE, called to tel me that I was approved for an usecure Master Card and I had to pay them $187.00 to get it. She also said that I would receive "wonderful" offers via the mail. After I received the package I saw NO MASTER CARD, except of another form that I was suppose to sign and send over so that the company would apply for credit on my behalf.

I sent the package back and I was told that I the return was after the due date so I would anly get a partial refund of #160.00. I called them COUNTLESS times on the phone claiming my money back and I they were telling me that they will send a notice to the financial departument. A month ago I spoke to a "manager" and she scheduled a payment date for July 18th but again my money never came back. I am just about to file a report to the Better Bussiness Bureau and also to the MN General attorney and I will make sure that this company will dissapear.
