If this individual gets near you and proposes any business, be VERY CAREFUL and check EVERYTHING he says. Contact former business partners, customers, vendors, family and friends. I had a very bad experience with him in a waste vegetable oil deal and would not want anybody else to fall for his deceptive practices and outright lies. I believe he is a well trained scam artist who has done this many times before. He has created quite a bad reputation for himself in the waste vegetable oil business in South Florida and I believe he might continue to try to play the same games in other states. I was told he travels back and forth from Maryland to Florida.
