AJPM Yes, they sent the precious metals, but they took EIGHT WEEKS to deliver it and got NASTY with us for complaining

After my parents ordered and PAID FOR gold from Affordable Jewelry and Precious Metals (AJPM, based out of Oregon), the company took EIGHT WEEKS to get the gold to my parents. EIGHT WEEKS! When the package still hadn't arrived over 7 weeks after AJPM deposited my parents' check, my mom emailed them asking about it. They told her they had sent out the package on March 27th. When it arrived, the postmark in fact read April 3rd. ONE FULL WEEK later than they had told my mom.

To top it all off, after she finally received the package, my mom emailed them complaining about how long it took and the fact that they had lied to her about when it was shipped. She told them she would discourage her friends from using AJPM in the future after having been treated so unprofessionally. This was their reply—and this is verbatim, I am not changing a single thing about it:

"Awesome! More happy days to come for us, without one more pain-in-the-ass customer!"

It's unbelievable that anyone in any business would ever talk to their customers this way. Especially when the problem was the COMPANY'S fault. And they lied about it! Never, ever, ever use AJPM!!! If this experience isn't enough to turn you away, do some online searches, and you'll find plenty of other people who've been horrified at how AJPM treated them.
