Charged 10,000 to my credit card and claimed it was for Granite which is a service I have never ordered from California and I live in Missouri

This company charged me on my credit card 10,000 for some granite, that i never received nor ordered. When contacted the individuals said they'd send paperwork out about this but never did. I don't own any real estate in California and I live in Missouri which is why I don't understand why they are charging me for some granite. I have never had any granite at all installed in my house nor have I ever ordered any. When I contacted the credit card company about this they just pretty much told me to pay it. Well I will not pay for anything I did not order nor receive. This is fraud and the credit card company has sided with the business owner in this case.
