Unauthorized charges on my credit card

I requested support for 7 days test interval for 1,99.in the place of that quantity INTERNET-PORT-DLD-COm consider 39,95 EUR plus 54,20 EUR from my Mastercard credit card. I delivered a notice throug their site, but nonetheless without response.

I believe it's freud or anything. Used to donot purchase something for nearly 100 pounds. It had been created that they can cost my card to get a complete quantity 54,20 eur after seven days easily don't stop service.

I sent email that I do want to stop service. How to proceed?
