After eight months of asking us for paperwork after paperwork and more paperwork, we got an email two days ago telling us the company is closing down. They have all my information and my family's information. They have social security numbers amd credit card information. I am worried now what will happen and why I believed these people in the first place. How can they tell me every week that they almost reached an agreement with our bank and for eight months same message every week. I should have never paid them and requested all my information back the second or third month when I noticed nothing is being done. They took $5,000 from us that I could have used on my family this Holiday. I will follow up with my attorney on what can be done to get my money back.
