Jackie Yochus Jackie Yochus Fraud Investigator Huntington Bank doesn't know what fraud is

I want to bring to light the practices of Huntington Bank and Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX. Purchasing a vehicle shouldn't come with all the mis-representations.

First, when I was in the middle of getting financed at Stonebriar Chevrolet by Bernard Brooks. I knew my credit was shot and had been turned down at other dealerships. He said no worries, he knew a guy at Huntington Bank that owed him a favor. Well, I guess he does because he got a rate. Below is further explanation on the Bernard Brooks and Stonebriar Chevrolet's tactics.

As you can see we received no resolution. So, I have contacted Huntington Bank's fraud department - Jackie Yochus. I had her send me the original credit application, and come to find out it is false. My stated employer, income and length of employment are all false. My phone number wasn't even correct.

So, I let Jackie Yochus know this, but she said that there is nothing they will do. I would have thought that Huntington Bank's new CEO, Stephen Steinour, would be making changes for the better. However, I see that Huntington Bank and Jackie Yochus are still allowing fraudulent loans to exist.

I don't think that Huntington Bank ever verified the information submitted by Bernard Brooks at Stonebriar Chevy. Otherwise, I would not have received a loan. Jackie Yochus, Huntington Bank's fraud investigator, obviously does not know the definition of fraud. Their CEO, Stephen Steinour, should understand this. Jackie Yochus is hurting consumers, and I would think that their CEO wouldn't want this harm to continue. Jackie Yochus doesn't even know what fraud is - false information = fraud.

Not only do I have a fraudulent loan, but to add pain to everything my new car has been in for major repairs more than 9 times.
