after reading all these reports... I no longer am wondering if i am the only one...
Thank you everyone...

I have had my card for three years, and treated like crap every-time i called... As well, i have been told i needed to send payments, 10-11 days prior to due date... Credits for things returned, (never credited) and interest charges you cant imagine...

I even got finance charges for cash, i never took out, why? I never even had a pin number, to take cash out... How does that happen??? The last four months i have sent payments 15 days in advance and accrued late chrges of 35.00 each...

Not to mention when i tried to call the 800 number, to dicuss this problem, it had changed to (516-576-8706) and that number is either busy, or cuts you off as soon as it answers... So, i called eddie bauer, spiegel, and i was told they claimed "bankruptcy" and that they had sent letters out... Hm, must have missed that one, (i dont think so) to make matters worse, no one had any info where to contact because they had no forwarding address available... They did however have the gall to offer me another card (do i look crazy)... No one, has any idea where payments are going...

So i have set out to file complaints to everyone and any-one and i will hire a attorney if necessary... There had better be a class action lawsuit... Thank you, theresa king
