ALS needs to be investigated now!

I am in the process of short sale and all work to the file has been completed including valuations and we are being stonewalled for an approval by Aurora. All other entities have provided their approval or stepped aside.in the past month, my file has changed hands 4 times. My representative send email after email to the old contacts only to find weeks later that file has changed hands again. On top of that, top company executives do not return phone call or emails. From what I can tell, they are intent on sending the property into forclosure rather than letting my buyer have it at a higher than market price! Now the buyer is about to quit the transaction and no other offers to fall back on. This bank received TARP funds and now they continue to screw their own customers and no one does anything! Their's is not a business decision. They literally calculate a plan to unnecessary devisstate people in everyway they can. Not only do I have to contended with being laid off after 15 years, possible divorce but now this as well? Someone in congress or an agency needs to stand up and champion the actions against this company. I am not saying that I should not have reprocussion with a short sale but I do expect banks to act ethically and reasonably to get the best solution to a bad situation they can. They do not stand to gain anything by letting this drag on but loose a cash buyer who can afford to keep the property! From what I see, there are more than enough complaints against ALS to act. What seems to be the problem holding the banks to some means of ethical behavior??? Please contact me if you have agency that is working on investigation. Thanks!
