Bruce Bender indentity theft, multiple counts of fraud

In 2001 took out a mortgage with southeast bankers mortgage (miami beach) loan was transfered then paid. Have had no business, communication with them (Bruce Bender or Curt Dyer). Since 2003 have had maultiple accounts fraudulently opened using my info.
In Aug received a notice from credit bureau that Southeast Bankers Mortgage Corp (Bruce Bender, Curt Dyer) had pulled my credit information in an attempt to under write a new mortgage loan. This was news to me because I have NOT communicated with them, seen them or had any business with them since 2001. Apparently this comapany (Bruce Bender, Curt Dyer) had kept my personal private information and were using it to open fraudulent accounts (7 since 2003) and in Aug tried underwriting a fraudulent mortgage.
I immediately called police, filed a report, filed with state attorney's office, and u. S attorney's office.
Upon further investigation found out that these two gentleman (Bruce Bender and Curt Dyer) are know for this of fraud.
Both gentleman run similar cons and frauds as told to me by the police and are being investigated.
Do not use them, and if you have put a fruad alert on your credit.
