It's interesting to see all these comments on FCNB. I just received a statement from them indicating that my account has a credit balance of $27.00.

Now, since the account was closed in March, there will not be any more transaction on it. Like I said, I received the statement NOT a check. Do I get to charge a $35 late fee if I don't receive a refund within this billing cycle? I highly doubt it.

Do you think I will ever see that money?
