Multliple calls when advised not to call

I've been getting calls from debt collectors at-all hours of your day for nearly 8 weeks. I've repeatedly advised them-not to contact which I'm not the individual they're searching for and they don't reside below. I've repeatedly advised them I Would prosecute when they called again. Plus they would won't inform me who these were or just how to contact them. At approximately 9am 11/28/09 PST I obtained another phone, this time around I stated I had been the individual these were searching for... Exclusively with the objective to discover who these were. I then found out these were Portfolio Recovery Affiliates.in the beginning the person calling seemed skilled, nevertheless when I questioned how I really could contact him back he declined to provide me his telephone number. I subsequently recommended him of my actual identification AND JUST WHY I did so it. He turned furious and accused me of lyning and that I turned furious back at him and described WHY I'd to lay. I told him that I wished it'd been documented since again I'm informing them-not to contact of course if they are doing I'll prosecute them-and subpoena the recording.
