Charged me $38 instead of $19 and NEVER gave me the $200 the website said I was approved for. Also they have NEVER responded to my emails for status of my loan. It has now been 13 days. They claim no city

This company said they approved a $200 loan and a $19 nonrefundable charge would be debited to my bank account. They also said it would be close to 24 hours when I would receive my $200. They charged me $38 not $19. Also, it has been 13 days with no responses to the numerous emails I've sent. They've shown no address and only one phone number that put me on hold for at least 25 minutes. This company is a ripoff. Please don't ask for a loan from 200 Cash. If anyone knows how I can get my money back, please let me know. Thanks.
