Terrible Customer Service and excessive late fees

What a great opportunity to be able to finally make this complaint. First giving thanks for all the other dissatisfied customers who also made the stand to file a complaint as well.

As I went looking for the phone number of source 1 financial, for I had decided some time ago to delete their phone number from my contact list a long time ago. I can't say that I was amazed to see so many other usacomplaints.com. Source 1 Financial has to worst customer service reps and department as a whole. About four months ago, I was experiencing some hardships, as we all have been experiencing due to the weakening economy. Jackie Roche called me and left me a message that I needed to make a payment by that Thursday. I had chose to not deal with her from previous conversations with her. I stopped answering her calls, but would listen to her nasty voice mail messages. I then in return would leave a message with my reply. This seemed to piss her off. Well my point is this. Just because I have a loan with Source 1 Financial does not mean that I have to subject myself to this type of behavior. Regarding this issue which was on that Tuesday, I left Jackie a message saying that I was going to pay the past due balance on that Thursday as she stated in her message to me. Out of vengeance against me, she had my car reposesed that Wednesday knowing that I was going to pay that Thursday. How evil can one be is my question? Her evilness cost me an additional $400.00 for the towing cost. I did indeed pick my car up the very next day after the reps and immediately started to complaint about her tactics. Only to find out the entire company sounded like programed robots.

To the consumer I agree with all the other complainants. Please go elsewhere for financing and spread the word about this company.
