AKA Dynamic, AKA First Choice, AKA Source One Credit Solutions, ripoff deceptive company ripped off and scammed

Well like everyone else I was tring to rebulid my bomsheld credit. This company contacted me with an offer that sound too good to be try from the start. Who was going to give of all people a credit card for $2500 to get a fresh start. But I was sweet talked into beliving them. I gave my account information over the phone and authorized a debit for $296 on 6-30-03.

Well I left for vacation and belived when I returned the card would be in all my mail. Well it was not so I called the 800# they provided and it did not work. So I contacted the bank to get a phone number for them. It was to First Choice, for days I called the 800# and no one answered. So I knew I had been scammed. Needless to say I am a bank employee so I should have know better then to give my info out over the phone with out first getting so documentation in the mail to read over. But hey we are all human.

I wish that these companies had to pay large fines each time they did there false advertisement. I want very badly to file suit, if there is one current pending I am more than willing to be a plantiff. Cause even though my credit may not be so hot, I can not afford to throw any money away to some company that is not really tring to help me better myself from the mistakes I already made.
