Fcnb ripoff my credit is in their hands

I am sorry but relieved that there are more of you out there than just me. I paid every month on time for the last 5 years at eddie abuer and when they stopped takeing payments and the physical reciept of payment ended my troubles began.

I first contacted fcnb immediatley when payment processing ended at the store, this was nine days before actual amount was due. I paid over the phone was charged 8 dollars and my next bill had a 35 dollar late fee. I disputed and it was taken off, thankfully. The man told me my information would be permanently stored and I all I would have to do is call and request processing. This worked for 2 months until June.

I did what I had done but apparently the phones and comapany had changed and nothing had been processed. I was charged a supposed 35 dolar charge. But the numbers do not add up. Previous amt. Owed 1788.97 for june for july 1867.00. I can not contact anyone. I just minutes ago paid 120.00 to keep current and find a way to figure this out. The lady at payment processing could not pull up any info, did not know my name or have any information on my account or late fees. She would not give me any contact numbers or had no idea where my stored banking info had gone too.

I wonder if I should stop payment after hearing all your horror stories. If this continues I will owe more on my card than my house. I want to file whatever complaint and join whatever lawsuit. This is unfair and unetical. With this criminal activity they will be out of debt fast at 35.00 a cardholde
