Oh my god! This shit gets me so pissed off. I mailed my payment over 2 wks ago (its due on 7-11-03) and thats when the finance charges will be added.

Well just like everybody else it hasn't posted to my account yet. I'm sure they wait until after the due date so the can charge a late fee. I emailed Spiegel and said that they need to step up and do what ever they can before their name goes down with fcnb.

I also think that none of us should pay another dime to this place. We definately need a class action lawyer. I want to do something but I don't know what. I'm sitting here about tempted to email my local Trouble shooter newsreporter. How awesome would that be to get all this on tv. Anyway I'm rambling!
