I have never had a problem until now. I did a balance transfer to a lower interest credit card of over $1,800.00 and the new credit card said the funds transfer was accepted 11 days ago, but FCNB does not show it was paid.

I am in the process of writing a letter to get it corrected. From all that I am reading, I'm not sure how much luck I will have.
