Unethical business practice

Proven a merchant account thru Treatment Credit to cover a hearing assist in Oct. 2008. Didn't have hearing aid insurance policy. We settled $300.00 along and created funds of $100.00 Oct., Nov. & Dec.in January Treatment credit allegedly updated their program and didn't credit the funds paid about the consideration just before towards the program change. Today they are seeking $367.00 for intrest because of their program/people mistake. The consideration was reduced in Oct. 2009.
