Major mortgage rip offs and lies

My fiancee got a mortgage with them 8 years ago for a house worth $54000 but he is supposed to pay $28,900 for it on a 30 year mortgage, he has to date paid approximately $28,800 to asc yet after 8 long years his balance on the house is only down to wait for it... A whopping $27,132.98 meanning that out of the $28,800 he has paid them over the last 8 years only $1,767.02 has gone twards the balance of the house so we can only wonder where the other $27,032.98 went to when you buy a new home dont use asc they will bleed you dry
