I caught with Tim Gesuele of Benefit House Savers to work well with my bank, Countrywide, in receiving me financing change. I foolishly sent him $1995.00 in advance to obtain the procedure began. This method began at the conclusion of December and also to day nothing has been achieved. I had been informed at first that it might occupy to 3 months to accomplish. Following a month or two I'd follow-up simply to be informed it had been still within the works. We're today nearly 5 weeks in to the procedure and Tim ceased returning calls or answering emails. I've repeatedly requested for my money-back as he did not generate it & I have to to try and conserve my house (that will be today in foreclosure). This person isn't an authorized agent & their state of Ny doesn't permit this kind of company so that they aren't controlled. I actually donot actually expect him to man-up & deliver the cash back but when anybody one else learns about him DON'T use his companies.
