Erronious charges

I'm A - 20 year-old university sutedent and my dad lately named me to I would like to realize that I'd been billed 8 weeks in AROW within the ammount of 19.80. During these two weeks i also was charged facility costs in teh ammount of 25 bucks since after I was utilizing my check card I had been not factoring within this unauthorized spending. And so I am currently out 90 bucks!!! I better have the ability to get my money-back or it's likely to be considered a dilemma!!
