Our mortgage is with Chase. We had excellent credit until they told us to use two months' mortgage to pay their fee. Chase WOULD NOT WORK WITH US, so we turned to the Housing Law Center. It's like jumping into a tank of sharks without being cage by steel. IF YOU VALUE YOUR credit rating, try other options. Save yourself hours of grief an anxiety and look elsewhere.
We've just passed the 120-day mark and still no results.
These folks NEVER initiate information. WE ALWAY had to call or e-mail first. One of the VPs promises that his people will call same day. We've been waiting all week, and no calls with updates.
This is definitely a SHEISTER outfit. RUN - don't walk in the other direction and hang on to your $
