Engages in unethical practices and violates FRCA

I had one account in good standing with First Premier and had just opened a second account. I had a dispute with them and closed both accounts. I had not even received the card for the second account. They reported the second account to Transunion as adverse. I have called First premier several times and gotten all kinds of excuses, none valid. They refuse to correct the problem. This is a violation of FRCA and I believe it is in retaliation for my dispute with them. I guess its time to sue.
