Unauthorized billing

I had ordered one free sample (shipping & handling extra) of Acai Berry. Well, the next day on my bank statement, there were four (4) charges, Two For $3.97 and two for $1.00 each. When I called the phone number for the company they said it wasn't ordered from them, had no knowledge. Went to the site on the internet, same number, same company. Called them back, person was really nasty. So now I have to wait for the payments to go through so my bank can dispute and hopefully they will not charge anything else. They did my friends, even before the trial date was over for them to send her new pills. Something has to be done regarding these companies.
