Turned down for credit and sent necessary info to GE Consumer Finance

I reapplied for an instore credit card from Brandsmart and was refused. A couple of days later I obtained a notice from GE Consumer Financing stating they required extra information from me. I delivered them a duplicate of my newest telephone bill along with a declaration of income proof. It's been four weeks and that I haven't gotten an answer. They offered me no telephone number to contact to check out up.
