Ripoff tricked and lied to us

My wife and i found out about this company in the penny saver so. Bay edition. They offered funding for home loans. I was skepitical but we tried it anyway... We were told by our agent that we did not at first qualify for a loan at all... But were then conatcted and were told that because of my credit situation that we could recieve a loan with an interest rate of 9.99%

This seemed extremely high...[in july] we were told by our rep [eric] that if all goes well we could refinance in 6 months... I found this all starnge but proceeded... I actually wanted to use my v.A. They told me i could not based on my credit... My wife and i traveled to irvine 6 times to sign and resign documents...

I had to have docs notarized and as the other report states was not given the docs to review b4 signing stating that the notary is only here for this amount of time and that there were no problems... We trusted eric so we signed... We found it strange that the seller had not signed and really did at no time physically go to irvine to sign documents... We had never met the seller and there is no listing in ontario ca, for the name we were given... We have subsequently found that the seller was actually deceased at the time of the contarcy and has been dead some 1o years...

This in my mind constitutes "fraud" quick loan funding transfered our info to their partner in crime new century mortagage... Who stated i was locked in to the rate for at least 2 years... At the time of this e/mail the house is in foreclosure... We are selling and going to attempt to sue both entities... Due to the fact that the contarct should be void due to fraud and forgery... Any info in this regard would be much appreciated...
