Gas and grocery rebate

We were tempted by the grocery and gas rebate marketing rothman marketed for spending a specific amount on furniture. We were told that no negotiation of lower prices on furniture could be allowed by management in this special program due to the value being directed at us from the rebate system. Soon after we bought furniture in may they changed the organization to some new one due to complaints by shoppers not getting their refund cards. Rothman's paid the 20.00 fee to join up your claim and guaranteed us this company is trustworthy. Well it ha s been four months of mailing in receipts relating to therules and nothing has been delivered to us. We call and wait over one hour to speak with a human and they pull up the account and say it's being prepared b.S. We have named rothman's and obtain the runaround about this program. They baited us directly into their store with the program and changed firm's after we purchased the furniture certain odors deceptive... Next thing is to file complaint with mo attorney general's office about that sales fraud.
