Never received merchandise

I requested acid reflux disease statement from barton writing by telephone. They got my charge card data okay, however no statement. I named them many times and nothing, simply a lot of good chat. And so I ended my purchase. Tested my creditcard online and that I was not billed 19,95, i was billed 20.55. They claimed they'd credit my consideration which it'd get 3-4 times. As this only occurred a couple of hours before iam hoping anything is likely to be authorized, however after studying each one of these horror tales, iam scared. Support!!!
