Wealth Builders Soliciting in Milwaukee WI

Got the solicitation in the mail and my first thought was to check this out on usacomplaints.com. Hopefully not too many people will be taken by their claims of them sending you a "rebate check" for $1,150.00. They say "no money is needed" but if you aren't purchasing a system, why call it a "rebate"? I would think that in most contexts rebate means a refund of monies submitted???

Stay away from these types of quick rich schemes!
