Alex Morfesis is short with a white streak in his black hair.
He sounds impressive, will talk about his opinion of the market and tell you he can help you with whatever problem you have that he works with attorneys but he knows more than they do.
He will approach you at an investment meeting. He will only prey after you if you have money or property. He focuses on investors who need help, particularly women. He will ask to charge a consulting fee, then he will drop your case when you stop producing money or property for him to take. He says he specializes in mortgages, loan modifications and short sales. He is a licensed mortgage broker, but has filed bankruptcy before so will not be allowed (hopefully) after 2010 to practice.
He's a sociopath, psychopath, theif, con artist, and pathological liar - he believes his own bullshit as far as his abilities - which is why he's believeable.
He sends his money overseas to his home in Greece, so he is judgment proof. Do not give him money or sign over your properties to him.
