Unauthorized billing

I went to TLG for a loan of £10,000 though moneysupermarket.com. I went though eveything with this bloke called David. Whilst i was waiting for the bank checks, my bank's fraud team rang me. TLG had tried to take a total of £450. They got there £49.99. Nowt more thank god. I've lost count of the number of calls i made to them & i got nowhere. I tried the email approach & got nowhere.
