Con artist fake ripoff FRAUDS

They called me on the telephone. Their offer was $5,000.in credit card credit; if I sent them $299. At first a female was on the line, then transfered to a man with poor english. I asked if they had a web site, first he responded, "Yes, except it's only in HTML". Then I asked him what the address was; after several repeats of my question he finally responded "it's under construction". He was quite pushy and did not hesitate to attempt to keep me on the line.

When I told him to "send me the card and I'll pay the bill", he refused and insisted on the $299. This was on 6-30-03; prior to this, about a month ago, a scam called "First Choice" at 877-572-6751 was succesful in making me believe they were legit. Luckily, this time around w "Credit Communications Services" I did my homework, before sending any money; Thanks usacomplaints.com!
