The corporation is full of scam artists. The client service reps are liars and bothering. My husband purchased a bicycle having a nearby motorcycle dealer in versailles kansas. Their original interest was 4.9% after being delayed two days they got their rate of interest as much as 24% while he called to discover why they said it was in the contract agreement they could change the rate anytime for any purpose. Just how can anybody budget on that? Just how can a business escape with that? We've tried to contact them regarding the problems with this account and we always find attitude with no aid. I've done the math many times and in the two years we've been married we've paid over twelve thousand to get a seven thousand dollar loan how can we get five thousand in interest and they say we however ove nine-thousand. This summer my husband lost his job and we immediately called our creditors and harleydavidson was ready to use us and delay several funds until we got careers. Although not hsbc they could not actually fall our interest along. He asked if they'd be satisfied with what the bike is clearly worth which at this time is just 3000. They said they dont negotiate if you don't are 3 months late. Well with being unemployed we were quickly 3 months late. No demand negotiation simply 10 calls each day to both your devices challenging payment. Every time we told them we were unemployed and had a baby to feed and they basically said too bad we will take this to court and take your earnings. What earnings? What little money we borrow or function money careers for visits the infant not these assholes. I do want to meet some of those people someday and have them how they could sleep during the night. It is extremely disturbing.
