Overdraft fees

I had been billed 700.00 in facility costs, I've been facility before and settled my charge, but that is absurd. I visited my regional department in Fayetteville, AR and was informed they mightnot do something since my acct. Was opened in Jonesboro, AR (another aspect of their state) and that I needed to speak with them. And so I named the Jonesboro department and was informed there was nothing they might do because it was not a lender mistake. I live pay to salary and this type of person tearing me down. I'll be changing banks the moment possible. DON'T BANK WITH AREAS! They simply wish to rip-off their clients!!
