My loan was also sold to Nationstar. Sent all information to Nationstar, Hardship letter, finanicials, Husband has been out of work for a year. Nationstar has made an agreement with Obama's making home affordable plan, however our particular investor (Drawbridge Loan) does not work with the plan. Their offer to us was give them $10,000 up front and they will modify the loan. Their modication is an interest only loan for 1 year, (by the way payment is the same as before), because no taxes or homeowners ins. Is included. New payment $1696.00 plus we pay $950 taxes and ins. Our payment now is $2596. These people need to be stopped. Please contact your state Dept. Of Banking and Finance to report them, let them know they should not be allowed to do business in your state. If enough of us do this maybe they will be stopped. I started with local representatives, senators and govenor.
