Late charges

I created my November cost about the 4th of Sept but foolish me! Which was evidently one day too soon (payment period stops about the 4th) therefore it gets acknowledged to my July cost consequently which makes it looks as if I never created my Sept cost and so I get hit having a $39 late charge. Therefore, though I'm pissed I create a Dual cost to protect June and March. Then I contact customer support, clarify what occurred and have the late charge be eliminated. These assholes had the nerve to provide me a 30% decrease in my $39 charge! And so I got greater than a small pissed also it risen to a-50% decrease in the charge! Are you kidding me! These assholes utilize our cash to obtain bailed out plus they are gonna ding me with bullshit costs for spending early! HSBC may be the cheapest of the reduced! I actually donot understand how but I really hope and hope that these in control of the endure in some manner therefore unimaginably terrible that they're never ready to savor some of their pilfered thousands again!
