NPC Incompetent, Have no concerns for customer's needs, Holding our money hostage

This company and its employees are incompetent. Their policy of holding off deposits of all OUR money into our bank account while investigating only ONE transaction is STUPID. They service merchants like us but they have absolutely no concerns about their clients. How can we operate our business if we have no money in the bank beause of NPC stupid policy? They took over 2 weeks to investigate one suspicious transaction and still couldn't resolve it. Meanwhile, we had no money to run our business. Their Risk Department does not answer the phones, and they don't return phone calls. Charlene, the person in the Risk Dept that I dealt with, seems to take time off often. Meanwhile, I have to wait for her to finish the investigation so that NPC will release OUR money. Charlene didn't even bother to call me when she needed more info and I had to find out some another rep. And when I complained (nastily at times) to Charlene and another guy in the Risk Dept about my frustration, I got a letter a few days later terminating their "relationship" with us. RIGHT! They didn't do their job and the easiest way to get rid of a complaining customer is terminating the relationship. They did not need me. Do you think they'll need you? Especially if you complain about their slow services? I think their Risk Dept is seriously understaffed. I have partnered with many Merchant Service Providers because I've been doing business for over 20 years, but NPC is the worst company ever. Actually, they are the only bad company that I have ever dealt with. Take my advice, do not use them. You'll be sorry.
