Ripoff outlandish late fees

I have been battling w/FCNB for a long time. They claim payments are late whether they are or not & slap on their fee. They raised the fee & charged my acct. The new fee a month early. I wrote them but they did not care.

Due to their erroneous late fees I am now over the limit & get charged for that! I will never be able to pay off this card.

I'm seriously considering just throwing away their bills & never paying them another dime!!
